Is There A Delivery Charge?
There is no delivery charge on any of our items posted within the EU, it's completely Free.
For destinations within the rest of the world, we charge a minimal fee depending on the delivery location. When you enter your delivery address during the Checkout process, the postage price for your order is confirmed prior to you completing your payment.
How Quickly Will I Receive My Order?
We aim to dispatch orders the next business day. Delivery times will vary with regards to postal destination. Your goods will arrive within 3-5 working days Monday to Friday but exclusive of Bank Holidays.
Send It For Me
The 'Send It For Me' service is available on all of our products at an additional charge of just 2 Euros per item. Simply choose the 'Send It For Me' option and let us know the name and address of who and where you want the item/s sending to and include any message you would like on the card etc. We will handwrite the card and envelope for you and post the item direct... this is ideal for all those 'last minute' moments...
...If you have left it a little too late we do stock a range of Belated and Sorry cards.
How Will My Order Arrive?
All Greeting Cards will arrive in a 'boardback' envelope to protect the contents. All other items will be securely packaged to prevent any damage whilst in transit. 'Send It For Me' cards will be dispatched in their own envelope with handwritten address.
Out Of Stock Items
When browsing our full catalogue range you may find an item that is currently out of stock. We endeavour to replenish our stock levels as soon as we can and we are constantly striving to bring you new ranges. If there is a particular item you are interested in, please contact us and we will do our best to source this for you.
Returning An Item
At Frenchwishes we try to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality. If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately (quoting your order number) and return the item by post within 30 days including the original packaging. We will then either refund via your original payment method or replace the item. We would ask that you retain a proof of postage for any returns postage.
To return an item, send the goods to the address below quoting your Order Number and reason for cancellation. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part, please notify us within 7 days then return the goods to us. We will offer a replacement or within 30 days of notification we will send you a full refund including standard postage costs (proof of postage required)
